The whole process under one roof
The film travels through six stations in one plant in Płock.
DTP Studio
We prepare graphic designs and photopolymers. Our own technological solutions increase the aesthetic value of the project.
Flexo printing
133-150 lpi as standard, up to 175 lpi on request. An individually developed machine profiling system ensures repeatability.
Finishes
Protective, matte, soft-touch and paper-touch varnishes applied selectively to emphasise logos and brands.
Lamination
Solvent and solvent-free lamination on high-class machines that keep multilayer films safe.
Laser cutting
Easy open effect, macroperforation of any shape and microperforation from 20 microns.
Slitting
Slitters, including one working with the laser module, with automatic blade setting that reduces waste.
Flexible packaging for the largest retail chains
We supply the food and industrial markets. We produce to customer requirements for a wide range of products.
Monofilms
Single and collective packaging, fresh fruit and vegetables, twist films for candy, beverage labels.
Duplex and triplex laminates
Solvent and solvent-free technology. Barrier to oxygen, water vapour, light and aroma.
